Yes, we have wifi in the cottages and studios. The password for the network will be given to you on arrival.
Yes, we love pets that bring with them owners who are respectful of the site and other clients. Pets must be on a leash, and be sure to pick up after them. Please inform us of your decision to bring a pet at the time of booking (extra charge of $10 per pet/per day). Here are a few rules to observe in the cottages:
- Pets are not allowed on the couch and beds. An additional $50 fee may apply if we find hair on the furniture.
- Please do not use the white towels to dry your pet.
We have a rental center for canoes, kayaks (single and double) and paddleboards. You can reserve your craft in advance or on the day. Life jackets can be rented for $10 a day. See our watercraft rental price list.
Yes, we have a launching ramp and dock available to tie up your boat ($20 per day). If you choose to take your boat out at the end of the day, you'll only have to pay $10 for launching.
*Important: Help us to conserve the beauty of our lake by reducing the proliferation of invasive species. Therefore, all boats must be thoroughly cleaned before being launched. We have a hose at your disposal, or visit a cleaning station in a nearby municipality.
The cottages are equipped with everything you need for a pleasant stay, including kitchen and cooking utensils. We've also provided sheets, pillows and towels. The terrace in front of your cottage has Adirondack chairs, a picnic table, a fireplace and a BBQ (propane included).
We do not provide beach towels. See the list of additional items you may need.
We have a swimming dock as well as a sandy beach. The dock is deep enough for diving. The beach slopes down slowly, and the ground is firm and free of algae. To reach the beach, you have to climb down some stairs.
In winter, wood is supplied for the indoor fireplace. Our team will bring you wood for your outdoor fireplace on request. $10 for a bag of wood.
We don't recommend drinking water directly from the tap. It can be used for washing up and cooking, but for your own consumption, we have provided a water dispenser in each cottage and studio. An extra bottle should be in the entrance wardrobe. If you run out of water, please contact the reception.
Our fishing customers confirm the presence of bass (largemouth and smallmouth), walleye, pike and lake trout. Make sure you have a valid fishing license. Respect length limits, dates, quotas and prohibited species on Grand lac Rond with the interactive map (Zone 10). Please note that ice-fishing is prohibited.
